S20 Injector PED Weekly Meeting

Wednesday, Nov. 13th, 09:00 am, POM/FLORA Room in B280.

Note the change in meeting time and room. We want to use the computer projector in the POM/FLORA Room, but the room is already committed at 10:30. Please let me know if this meeting time is impossible for you.

AGENDA

1. Review of CD2A goals. The latest version is at Drop Boxes/Clendenin.

2. Completed-drawings exercise. The format for the drawings list has been slightly revised (some of the columns renamed). Check the current version of Inj_dwg.xls in Drop Boxes/Clendenin/Sub-group input folders. Discussion of procedure to estimate total number of drawings required to finish injector PED.

3. Review of long lead items. The LongLeadItems.xls file in Drop Boxes/Clendenin has been revised (see 021106 version). The Required Lead Times probably need additional revision.

4. Load-lock/gun PED start up plans. Dowell/Boyce

Nov. 20. Laser system PED review. Scope (laser design, laser room layout, etc.);

role of Laser Advisory Committee (LAC), input from Laser Workshop, etc.
