Highlights from the Workshop on the CKM Unitarity Triangle
       (CERN Geneva, 13-16 February 2002)

Abstract: 

I'll give a review of discussion and results from the 
Workshop on the CKM Unitarity Triangle held at CERN. 
Special emphasis will be devoted to the progress in the 
understanding of inclusive s.l. B decays and in the 
extraction of the |V_cb| and |V_ub| elements in the 
CKM mixing matrix.
