A summary of the operations of the Dafne factory and its performances will be presented. Several 
modifications have been made during the 2003 shut-down to improve luminosity and dynamic aperture, together 
with the installation of a new detector. Preliminary studies and ideas for possible upgrades of Dafne toward 
luminosities in excess of 10^34cm-2 will also be discussed.
