A novel construction of the unitarity triangle is proposed, which
is insensitive to New Physics in B-B(bar) and K-K(bar) mixing,
overconstrained, affected by small theoretical uncertainties, and 
feasible with existing data. Since V(ub) plays an important role in
the analysis, part of the talk will cover recent developments in
the theory of V(ub) determinations.
