VEPP-2M collider with Ec.m.=0.6-1.4 GeV is over after 25 years of
sucsesful operation. Last generation of detectors - CMD-2 and SND have
collected about 33 pb-1 of integrated luminosity each.
 Latest results on R measurement at low energies, meson spectroscopy
results, a precision meson parameters measurements will be discussed.
 Status of VEPP2000 - a new machine with energy up to 2.0 GeV and
luminosity up to 10^32 cm-2sec-1 will be presented.
