Doubly linked list, function prototypes and public data structures.

SYNOPSIS

This file merely includes both the structure definitions, Q_pubdefs.h, and the function prototypes, Q_protos.h, for the Q routines. Many times all that is necessary are the function prototypes. When this is true, the astute user will only include Q_protos.h
