The Minimum Ionizing Event Handler specific class.

This defines the class specific Minimum Ionizing Event Handler. The main objectfalling into this class is the result summary data, with each different handler presenting different result summary data. In addition to this dimension of the problem, one also must admit to evolution of the result summary data. To that end, all the versions of the Heavy Ion Event Handler are also defined here. It is, however, the responsibility of the user to use the version () method to learn the version, then call the proper result summary data constructor.
