ACD Trending from AcdTciRegRange runs

The AcdTciRegRange script pulses the charge injection strobe in increasing values of tci_dac and mesures the pha values.
Analysis of the data are complicated by the fact both the tci_dac and the pha output function in two ranges.
From 0-23 tci_dac counts the step size is much smaller than from 23-63 tci_dac counts.
At about 3500-4000 counts the pha readout will switch from low range to high range, where the gain is less by a factor of about 100.
To take this into account we fit three zone separetly. We also keep track of the pha values where the crossover from low range to high range readout occurs.
The test points here are the "CPT" tests list in the full list of ACD test phases
