ACD Veto threshold calibrations

Purpose and use

To get the relationship between the register dac setting and the PHA value where the veto begins to fire. This calibration is used to correctly configure the ACD veto thresholds.

Required inputs

Good veto set point calibrations for three settings. Good pedestals and MIP peak calibrations.

Descriptions of algorithm for one PMT

Plot the measure set point (in PHA) against the register setting (in dac) for each setting
Fit a line to those values and extra the relationship
