R. Iverson raised the voltage of the IP1 wire scanner PMT to 1100 V, and moved the timing to +50 ns, on the basis of a SCP test.
The voltage comes from the PS 2nd from bottom of the rack B406-10.
The signal goes to the ADC channel CB020803, I think.
