Subject: E-166 positron spectrometer design update no. 4

Update 4 contains more accurate placement of the first solenoid magnet 
and the 2 bend magnets.

I'm still not sure I'm reproducing Alexander's positioning of 
these magnets well enough.

I do not yet indicate the chamfer on the pole tips of the bend magnets.

The AutoCAD Mech Desktop 2004 file is magnet_tube_k.dwg

e166_positron_spectrometer_side.jpg = side view
e166_positron_spectrometer_end.jpg = end view along beam

I will transcribe the .dwg file to Solid Edge when 
I am a bit more convinced that is is correct enough.

The .dwg file now has layers.  The ones relevant to the things I added are
center lines

pole tips
solenoid 1
solenoid 2
targets
vac chamber
yoke

The color code is
black = SS
red = iron
blue = aluminum
green = copper
