Photon Beam: discussed commissioning plan. Peter will write 
something up later today.

E161 Target. John is investigating using an NMR magnet on Stanford
campus for tests. May be possible to use for real experiment also?

E160 Spectrometer: Same as collaboration meeting two weeks ago.

E160 Physics. Peter will talk to Dylan about simulating the
separation of coherent, quasi-elastic, and inelastic J/psi events.

Beam Line: Funding is now at a complete stand-still for construction,
although design work continues. The coil winding assembly is
finished, but there is no manpower to wind the coils.

Collaboration Meeting. Keith will help Don put all the talks on the
web.
