Polarized Target: Don said Uva/DOE money for EIO tube has vaporized.
Tubes pretty reliable, but one did burn out in E143, so desirable 
to have a spare. 

E160 Target: Don sent John MSDS on LiD. 

Review on July 9: 

D3 Spectrometer: Piotr has new improved collimator design that
includes mirror plates and doesn't impact low angle muon tracks
as much as old one. Backgrounds 2 to 10 times higher than previous
desinjg, so more work needed. Compton background lower, but
hadron background higher. 

Detectors: Vahe got quotes for scint./ both in sheets and cut. 

E161 BH rates: Steve has revised TN on BH muons for E161. Fixed
a few bugs: new results on resolutions and backgrounds. Need
small angles and large angles to get second muons.
