E160: CDR action items are being adressed
      Students are making a model of J/psi production. Doing elastic
not. Will do inelastic in future. Keith working on coherent production.
Miao should be joining in next week. Need to include psip too.
     Also working on interface for hodoscope mounting. 
     Vahe still needs to provide final dimensions.

Collaboration Meeting: can;t be after Nov. 6. Oct. 14 is a possibility.


Photon Beam: Ray working on prototypes for spent e detectors and
wire array. Some progress made on getting items out of switchyard.

Polarimeter: maybe could be used for NLC stuff too: check into this.

E161: Steve making progress on looking at muon pairs as charm signal.
Need to use high intensity beam. Looks reasonable. Peter has been
calculating random coincidences. Looks ok. Need to make spectrometer
that does not see low Pt muons (or gets swamped).
