Target: John Wiesend agreed to add E160 targets to his list of things to do.

Detectors: Piotr will look at whether thick or thin scintillator is
best for rejecting "sprinkle hits". Keith will look into getting
more low resolution counts with bigger area than needed with D3 design
for good resolution events. Peter will look into B.H. muon background
rates. 

Spectrometer: Steve will start serious investigation of LASS dipole
option for E161, with help from  Piotr's simulations. Peter will
look again at K pi option. 

Electronics: Now with E160 estimate of about 3000 TDC hits/spill
(3/channel), Perry and Steve will start to look into electronics/DAQ
required.
