Collaboration Meeting: much discussion. Leaning towards Nov. 1 (Fri),
with emphasis on physics and students, rather than detailed desing.

Funding: Keith talked to Persis: probably will not know anything
new until at least Nov. Need to hope budget for HEP/NP goes up. 

Talks: need to continue giving talks. Ray may give one at MIT
(possible future collaborators). Don will talk in Florida in
December. Peter will talk to heavy ion group at Berekly in November.

Polarized target: momentum building to bring E155 target back
to SLAC soon: possible use for NLC prototype testing, as well
as getting ready for use in E159.
