E161 Target. Got field map: looks good for improving backgrounds.

E160 Spectrometer: Peter finds optimum for E160 is D3 plus LASS
with about 1.8 m of iron (in this case compatibility with E161
is not considered, but it happens to match fairly well)
Needs to look at accidental rates and backgrounds. Will finish
this by Jan. 1.

E160 Physics. Keith has added a link to interesting E160 references
to the E160 web page.

Beam Line: SLAC wants to postpone installation of beam line, doing
it on ROD days. This is to allow the SPSS project to get done.
This would delay E160 until April 04, and mean all the photon beam
checkout would be just before the data taking. We are trying to
get this changed, so checkout can proceed sooner.

Collaboration Meeting. Preliminary agenda shows 6 hours of talks. 
Will send out soon, and encourage many local people to attend.
