E161 Target: discussion of forces from nearby iron, 
earthquake forces, and possible option of using E143/E155 target
for E159 (rather than e161 magnet).

E160 Spectrometer: Peter put D3 plus LASS into GEANT. Having
trouble understanding results, but for sure need some W/Pb
collimators at downbeam end to absorb the Compton photons. 
Important also to get singles rates of muons low enough so
accidentals dont micic psiprimes. Also need to have pion rejection
(hence need for UVa detectors as 3rd plane).

Detectors: sent from SLAC, but Keith wondering when will arrive
at WM. WM has some of the UVa 10x10x160 scintillators. Students
are starting to test them.
