Budget: Steve Williams has come up with funds to buy things, such as
E161 target and EIO tube this fiscal year (i.e. by Sept. 29). 
Need to decide about what scintillators and PMTs to buy. 
Concensus is the 1" Hamatstu that are about $240 each are good. The
bases with HV are about $250 more each. We need to get 500 to
bring our total up to 1000 (we have 500 in hand).
Perry will also try to order ADC's and oscilloscopes. TDC's won't
be ready to order this fiscal year, probably.

E150 Hodoscoopes:  Peter says big UVA tubes probably will not be used,
because area is too big, and geometry wrong. More useful for E161. Wants to
use small 2 deg. fingers for mesuring BH pairs (about 200 or the
1000 hodoscopes would be used for this. Will also increase acceptance
for J/psi.  Need to work out a good configuration. Are U planes needed?

E161 Target: action items have come in. Don and John making progress.

E160 Target: agreement to use gold rather than lead. Target should
be integrated with D3 beam pipe design. New version of T.N. is on
the web

Photon Beam: Ted making progress, found replacement stepping motors.
Modifications to can needed to make fit, if we get built-in encoders.
Discussions took place of how to do continous annealing with UV. 
Peter checked aperture of 7/8" is o.k. Had meeting about electron
dump and sweep magnet. Possible sweep magnet (D42) identified:
preliminary look seems good. Work on dump magent layout to commence:
designers available. Will meet again on June 20. 
Peter has updated TN on web with beam optics and apertures.

Simulations: Pitor finished a new T.N. on simulation results for
E160  this weekend (TN 14).
