MRI: one from UVa has been submitted (for E161 target). Should know
soon if passes UVa internal review. WM one (with ODU and UCLA) will
mainly be worked on as soon as classes are over. 

E160. Interesting ref. is CLAS Phi photoproduction paper: shows
that slope parameter b mainly depends on formation length. Can 
be used as a way of fitting J/psi data.

Budgets: Virginia facing shortfalls: may affect UVa and WM.
