I have talked to CAD Support concerning archiving of work in progress 
on E-160. They have provided a Folder for this purpose on the V: drive. 
The complete pathname is V:\MDCad\Inactive Projects\E-160 . 
Designers should put their files in a Folder that has their name 
and date in title of the Folder. That Folder should then be moved to 
the aforementioned E-160 folder. Could you forward this email to all 
the designers on your mailing list? People should then be able to take
 snapshots of their lists of files to provide you with the hard copy 
discriptions you requested.
