Sarah:

Release installed, have not yet tried to run something.  Andy will.

Decided to use the new way of getting the proxy into the partition for
the technical run.  This now possible as Amedeo mentioned last week
because the proxies don't try to connect the moment they start.

Question regarding the log file: When is the right time to dump the
timing structure.  Estimate that this object will not be large.  Log
file is O(10) MBytes but structure has to be a lot smaller because we
are not capturing the queries.  Consensus that it should be fine to do
this on every un-configure.

Shift sign-up for technical run has started.

Make sure both Andy and Rainer have accounts on the pre-series.


Andy:

Sent one more message to MySQL.  Got nothing.  Asked David Quarrie
about what he knows from the LCG people.  The patch that Andy sent to
Gaudi was accepted and will appear in one of the next releases. Sent a
patch to CO (LCG) as well.  It is very low-level stuff which is used
by CORAL/COOL.  Will wait for David's response.
