Sarah:

Haimo has trouble with the partition but not dbproxy related.  As soon
as this is ironed out wants to start a test with a few proxies.  Now
running the debug version, so should be able to find problems quickly.
Serge's problems seem to result from not using the version of the
proxy Amedeo pointed him to.  He's in TDAQ 1.6 (rather than 1.4), and
offline 12.0.2 rather than 11.0.6.  Everyone running their private
versions.

There is a small bug inside one of the debug #ifdefs.  Sarah has fixed
this and commit the two files.


Amedeo:

Has a new proposal: Use SQLRelay as the new protocol.  Requirement:
have SQLRelay incorporated into CORAL.
