Meeting Venue

The Redwood Room is located on the ground floor of the Research Office Building (ROB) building (#48 on the map). Those who drive, parking at SLAC is free and you can grab any parking slot except the marked slots for the Disabled and Government Vehicle. The closest parking near is Parking lot A opposite Kavli building (#51) and ROB (#48). The Guest House is building #49 within 300m from the ROB. The Cafeteria is in building #42, open for breakfast and lunch during weekdays. The Redwood room is normally divided into A/B and C/D with a capacity of ~50 each while the partition can also be removed for a combined capacity of ~120. There is an integrated audio phone system with ceiling microphones/speakers. Information on wireless and other practical issues can be found on the SLAC site general information page

The sessions of the review will be held in the Redwood Room in the Research Office Building (ROB) building. Plenary sessions will be in Redwood A/B, while breakout sessions will also be situated in the Redwood room partitions into 3 separate rooms: A/B, C and D. During committee closed sessions, Redwood C,D (or Madrone room upstairs: ROB 224 A/B for the reporting team and Cedar ROB 101 for teh observing team, during breakout afternoon) can be used as the team "hangout" room(s).
