Meeting Venue

The meeting rooms for the first day (Friday Mar/23) and the day before (Thursday Mar/22 for informal meetings and work space) are:

• Morning: Cypress Room (40-R147) located on the ground floor of the Central Lab (CL) building (#40 on the map) in the directorate complex.
• Afternoon: Ballam Room (84-B188) located on the ground floor of Central Lab Annex (building 84).

Those who drive, parking at SLAC is free and you can grab any parking slot except the marked slots for the Disabled and Government Vehicle. The various parking lot: E,C,D,F in the map below can all work. The Guest House is building #49 within 300m from the the meeting room. The Cafeteria is in building #42, open for breakfast and lunch during week days.

The Monday session is at the new Knight Management Center of the Stanford Graduate S chool of Business (GSB) together and in parallel to the other AUW sessions. AFP session will be held in one of the small meeting rooms: Gunn G107.

The Knight management Center is within 10min walk from many major land mark and attractions on the Stanford campus. Free conference parking is available for workshop participants at the Galvez Field (within 600m from the meeting site). The free Marguerite shuttle lines C, V, X/Y pass directly in front of the Knight Center. The Marguerite shuttle SLAC line ends at Hoover Tower and just continue walking 5min will be at the Knight Center. The Knight Center is also within 30min walk to the main commercial street El Camino Real and California Avenue where many restaurants and hotels are.
