Payment Information

The nominal combined event fee for each attendee is $300 total, including $150 for basic registration through Oct/22 and $150 for social events. The basic registration fee will be raised to $200 after Oct/22. Your registration is not considered complete until we have received payment.

During registration, you will be asked how you would like to pay the fees and be asked to confirm the total sum depending on your choice of social events and number of places including accompanying persons. The payment options are by credit card, wire transfer, check or money order, and for local participants in addition, STAP funds, SLAC account or Stanford account. Credit card payments are collected directly on the web form during registration, while payments by other methods e.g. wire transfer and checks need to be submitted separately by following the instructions on this page.

Only Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted. To pay by credit card, select that option when registering and you will be given links to complete the transaction.

If the name on the credit card is different from the participant's name, please indicate that in our payment form, or email Thanh Ly with the information.

If you have difficulties completing your credit card transaction (perhaps due to a verification issue with a non-U.S. billing address), you can fill out the Manual Credit Card Payment Form.

• Personal, institutional, and traveler's checks or money orders will be accepted.
• Must be drawn in U.S. dollars, on a U.S. bank.
• Make payable to "Stanford University"
• Print and complete the Check Payment Order Form (PDF).
