Preface
This 10th International Madagascar Conference in High-Energy Physics (HEPMAD 18) has been organized by Stephan Narison (Chairman Organizer of the QCD - Montpellier and HEPMAD Series of International Conferences ) and by the Institute of High-Energy Physics (iHEPMAD) of the University of Antananarivo (Madagascar) with the help of the Association Gasy Miara-Mandroso (AGMM). The HEPMAD Conference Series is unique in the African Country. The opening ceremony and the working sessions have been hosted by the Malagasy National Academy at Tsimbazaza-Antananarivo.
