Preface
This 9th International Madagascar Conference in High-Energy Physics (HEPMAD 17) has been organized by Stephan Narison (Chairman Organizer of the QCD - Montpellier and HEPMAD Series of International Conferences ) and by the Institute of High-Energy Physics (iHEPMAD) of the University of Antananarivo (Madagascar) with the help of the Association Gasy Miara-Mandroso (AGMM). The HEPMAD Conference Series which is unique in the African Country. The opening ceremony and the working sessions have been hosted by National Malagasy Academy of Tsimbazaza-Antananarivo.
