Integrated Design and Management of Complex and Fast Projects

Complex astronomical projects need an integrated design involving many disciplines such as optics, mechanics, electronics, and software. When the complexity of the project increases its management becomes more and more important. This paper will focus on the management and integrated design of complex and fast track projects.
