VM Archive List Utility

This utility can be used to list which catalogs exist from the VM archive system, and to list the contents of a specific catalog.

To list catalogs, follow these steps:

  1. Enter a pattern to be matched in the VM user name field. A file pattern can contain * characters to match any sequence of characters, or character ranges in [] to match particular characters. For example, to list catalogs begining with the letter a or b, enter [ab]*.
  2. Press the Submit button below. A list of all Notebooks on the selected minidisk will be displayed. You may select notebooks to be converted from this list, and save them as in the conversion steps below.
To list your Archives, follow these steps:
  1. Fill in your VM user name below.
  2. Press the Submit button below. A list of all files in the archive catalog will be displayed. When there are more than 1000 files in the catalog, it will take some time to generate the display. In a few rare cases, the catalogs are too large to display with this utility.
