AFS Volume Restore Request Form

PLEASE NOTE: If you have just deleted or damaged a file in your home directory that existed at midnight, check your backup volume (~/.backup directory) for a copy of it from the previous day. Your file may be in the backup volume and can be copied back to your active directory. Make sure you do this before midnight, when the backup volume is deleted and recreated.
