A component of the Level-1 drift chamber trigger (upgrade version of 2002/2003). It selects tracks using transverse momentum p_T and origin along the beam line (z) cuts using DCH axial and stereo information processed by the Trac k Segment Finders. It is an upgrade of the earlier PTD discriminator.
