PEP-II/BABAR Note Web Forms

You can use the following web forms to submit Note number requests:

• PEP-II AP Note.  Accelerator Physics topics, numbering starts by the year.
• PEP-II EE Note.  Electrical Engineering topics, numbering starts by the year.
• PEP-II ME Note.  Mechanical Engineering topics, numbering starts by the year.
• PEP-II Tech Note. Brief and less formal notes or memos documenting project decisions.  Numbered sequentially.
• BaBar Note.  Technical and nontechnical documents on all subjects relevant to the BaBar Collaboration.  Numbered sequentially.

When you fill out the web form and submit it, the information you typed in will be sent via email to Nuria E. Ayala for BaBar and Regina Matter for PEP-II.
