How to get a list of tag variables in a collection

To see a list of all tag variables in a collection, you need to run an application that includes the TagDump module in its path.
One such application is SkimMiniApp.

To get the tag variables, follow the instructions for SkimMiniApp, but with the following changes:

The easiest way to get a log file is to send the job to the kanga queue:

workdir> bsub -q kanga -o tagdump.log SkimMiniApp myskim.tcl
SkimMiniApp will run over just 1 event in your collection. When the job is done, the log file should include a
printout of the TagDump information, something like this:   Tag Log
