A new round of trigger releases has been started to aid final deployment of the new L1Sim code.
This list of tags is intended to document the very latest consistent set of packages for trigger-related software. This will be used as the basis of the next release. Use with caution.

L1 Trigger Releases

We now have L1 Trigger development releases built using a consistent set of tags. Users are strongly encouraged to start with these, rather than using the tag listings below.

It is easy to use these releases. First you must set BFDIST to the trigger area. 

 setenv BFDIST /nfs/bbr-nfs03/detector/trg
Then you can check out a local release in the standard way. 
 newrel -t 18.0.1-l1t-1 -s $BFROOT/work/t/torrence mydir

Very close to 13.7.0-l1t-1, except compiles on Solaris as well.

These releases were based on development releases which have now been deleted. The tag list is kept here for reference.

L1 Trigger Development Software

Notes

A list of package tags can be copied into a file and executed all at once using 

   addpkg -f <filename>

The tag of a given package can be found using 

cvs log
which will show the tags in chronological order for all files in a CVS controlled directory.
