There are 3 BLT boards altogether and two of them are known to have been 
running perfectly while the 3rd has a known DAQ problem.

200002210   DCT        The default running BLT for the old DCT system for many
                       years until the DCT was turned off in 2006.
200002211   BLTz       Was a spare in early days with the BLTz PROM. Found
                       to be flaky in teststand DAQ test during DCZ upgrade.
                       Became perfectly functional after replaced DLINK 
                       terminating resistor. Running in DCZ system since 2004.
200003505   Xmem       The '3rd' BLT which never worked for DAQ.
