ZPD Diagnostic Memory Latencies
A tick which is recorded at address 0x4000 of the input diagnostic memory will
be found in the following locations in the rest of the diagnostic memories
when recorded. N.B.: this is different from the total ZPD latency
(2.1 μs = ~7.8 clk4 ticks); it is just the latencies between various
diagnostic memories (e.g. it doesn’t include the time for the data
to arrive in the ZPD and get into the input segment memory).
