CSR Write

CSR 1: Run Mode

0 = Memory access mode
1 = Run mode

CSR 2: DAQ Format

0 = Debug mode
1 = Full DAQ data (big)
2 = segment location, tracks, and decisions, but not segments masks (small)
3 = track and decision information only (smallest)

0 Enable Input Segment Memory
1 Play Input Segment Memory
2 Enable DM Fit Results and Output Memories
3 Play Output Memory
