Run Dcz in the partition but in parallel

  • ORC should have unconfigured
  • Change the startup file
    • connect to bbr-farm06
    • cd /nfs/bbr-srv02/dataflow/7F/06/app
    • mv startup startup-ref
    • ln -s startup-test-parasite.gg_030617 startup
  • Now reboot DCZ
    • cd a release directory
    • srtpath
    • check no partitions are allocated with showPartition
    • reboot the DCZ with rebootPartition -c 0x40000000
  • In order to put the startup back
    • cd /nfs/bbr-srv02/dataflow/7F/06/app
    • rm startup
    • mv startup-ref startup
Once this has been done, we can take data with the DCZ until ROMs are rebooted. If the partition is rebooted, DCZ should be removed from the partition or the above instruction redone.
