IFS XiLinx FPGA firmware is stored in a 17C128D 8 pin PROM 
When programming the PROM, it has to be made sure that Reset signal 
is active low. This can be made sure by editting the memory 
at 0x4000 with 4 bytes of zeros. The input file type is 
Motoroal exorama.

                       use this with L2/L3=1; GLT IFT delay=2 gives
