Comparison with FC1.7 in LBL directory

clink_ctl:  FC1.7 added rd_dt_60 as output, coming from cmd_decode
cmd_decode: FC1.7 (Apr/99) added rd_dt_60 logic. 
            2nd address strb_id changed. 
            wr_blk_cnt is 1/2 the size in FC1.7.      
sm0_dlink:  FC1.7 more elaborate evt/read_pend logic  
top:        FC 1.7 rd_dt_60 60Mhz read data strobe between clink_ctl and
            dlink_ctl.
