Jun 29: Start fabrication of 15 TPB's (2 week fab).
        Finish assembly of second crate.
        Prototype TPB's arrive from SLAC.
        Start production test-stand setup (3 weeks).

Jul 13: Fabrication complete.
        Start assembly of two "preproduction" TPB's (1 week ass).

Jul 20: Assembly complete.
        Start preproduction tests on two TPB's (1 week/TPB).

Aug  3: Tests complete; start assembly of 13 production TPB's (2 week ass).
        Ship the two preproduction TPB's to SLAC (1 week).

Aug 17: Assembly complete.
        Start acceptance tests on 13 TPB's, excluding UPC tests (2 days/TPB).

Sep 21: Tests complete.
        Ship to SLAC (1 week).



Activities at SLAC

Jun 18: FDR at SLAC.

Jun 22: Ship prototype system back to the UK (1 week).

Aug 10: Preproduction TPB's arrive at SLAC.
        Finish installing new backplane in original crate.
        Start preproduction UPC tests (2 weeks/TPB).

Sep  7: Install crate at IR-2.
        Start UPC cable installation and checking (3 weeks).
        Start GLT integration (3 weeks).

Sep 28: Production TPB's arrive at SLAC.
        Start acceptance tests with UPC and GLT (1 day/TPB).

Oct 12: UPC and GLT tests complete.
        Start remaining full-system installation and commissioning (2 weeks).

Oct 26: Installation and commissioning complete.
