trgEM (February, 1998)

Package trgEM contains a Fortran simulation of the EMC-based trigger. This simulation is in the process of being replaced by the C++ simulation in package L1EmtSim. After the replacement is complete, this package will only be used for the common blocks needed by the Fortran simulation of the global trigger.
