Trigger Needs (May 1997)
Summary of needs from other parts of BaBar computing.

Time Class
Currently, the TrgDigi and FcsDigi are the only consumers of the BbrTime class. Several people have complained about this class. We need a time class which provides a simple method of storing the absolute time of the L1Accept down to a nanosecond.

Time Stamp
For real data, we will have a unique time-of-L1Accept as a part of the Fcs Digi. We need an equivalent time for simulation purposes in the .xdr files. We suggest that the actual time of creation of the event by GEANT be used as the simulation
timestamp.

Digi to Raw conversion
Level 3 needs a "(Reco) Digi" to "Raw (Digi)" conversion function for Monte Carlo studies.
