Cell definition

Two types of cell are defined in the Super Layer: the cells inserted in the two centered layers (Internal in the picture) and those included in the first and fourth layers (Edge in the picture).

The "Internal" cells are defined through 6 field wires while the "Edge" ones through 5 field and 2 control wires .

Four templates have been defined in dch.db to store the wire parameters.

  • DchSwir [Red wire] sense wire characteristics;
  • DchLfw [Green wire] lateral field wire characteristics;
  • DchIfw [1 Green or 2 Yellow: bottom] inner wire characteristics;
  • DchOfw [1 Green or 2 Yellow: top] outer wire characteristics.
