                                              BaBar Drift Chamber
                                              Environmental Sensors
                                         The experts EPICS panels

                                                             (updated May 3rd 1999)

From the main BaBar EPICS control Panel odc_main.dl you have accessed
the DCH main monitoring Panel then the Technical Panel :

From this Panel you can access the different Panels relevant
for the DCH environmental monitoring (experts one) :

@ The Trigger panel is to trigger by hand each of the different micro-controllers.

@ The 12V Power panel is to switch ON/OFF by hand the power supply of the Radfets.

@ The ADC data panel shows the 12 bits ADC counts for the 40 addresses of the buffers
for each microcontrollers.

@ The Command & status panels are there for switching ON/OFF/RESET the
microcontrollers. The control panel only gives an acknowledge of the
requested commands, the  Micro Real status panel displays the actual
status of the microcontrollers. On the control panel, by default the communication
is ON even if the micro-controller is not actually plugged on the endplates of the DCH,
but you can choose at anytime to switch it OFF ...
