• All outer RF shields in place.
• All copper cooling plates on EC minicrates.
• Four earthquake buffers in place.
• Ground strap between inner and outer shield in place.
• Valid pedestal calibration for all channels.
• Power supplies all on and green.
• Fibre transmitters locked.
• Good IOB temperature read out.
