- fix the problem that once subsystem goes to error in calib, and the error is cleared, subsystem is in state ready while run control is in state dead.

- revision of CONTROLLER logic for compys during RESUME, END_RUN

- improve the ability to distinguish  ERROR/FAILED states for calibration to help daq shifter distinguish

- have calibrator recover from ERROR situation for one of the subsystems, when subsystem recovers. (e.g. error_sc_runnable for a subsystem, then subsytem goes runnable, but calibrator never realizes this)

- General program to eliminate afs dependencies:
   1) move to nfs area for releases and for dim/smi executables
   2) have subdetector move their calib scripts into nfs
   3) still afs dependency through logbook to Oracle
   Test on this can start on newly setup bbr-farm75 node, which does not
   see afs

- calibrations should be logged in DB and e-logbook. Work from Charlotte is all done, except she needs to create a separate web page for calibration runs. We still need to make the logbook work when activate in calibration domains.

- pep-orc communication

- we should, if possible, give possibility to choose component proxies as we choose daq crates.

- test use of rsh instead of ssh (ssh is slower and depends on afs)
