The suggested way to contact the on-call manager is to use the telalert command (from a slac machine):

telalert -i olya -m 'this is my message to you'.

ALWAYS include your phone number in the message. Useful examples:
telalert -i objysrv -m "CHS problem... my_phone#"

ALWAYS post to OPRsos-hn or PadovaSOS-hn about any problem or request. This will reach a wide audience and ensure a quicker response than private mail.

In case of hardware, network, hpss problems etc. at SLAC contact the SCS help desk for SLAC problems. The extension is xHELP. If it is after hours you can leave a message or an urgent page through this number.
For problems at Padova, post to PadovaSOS-hn.
