Live Fast Monitoring Self-Service Area

The fast monitoring "self-service" area (/nfs/bbr-srv02/bfdist/MonitoringData) is now built from offline release 18.6.3. The tools have been updated and simplified, and a GUI has been implemented to help in the management of this area. Documentation on the tools can be found at the following links:
